πŸ’Ό Job Placement

Built for two very different starting points β€” same destination.

Whether you're switching careers entirely or graduating with a degree but no real-world proof of skill, the gap to your first role in tech looks the same: you need something to show, not just something to say.

Changing careers

You already know how to work β€” what you're missing is a credible way to prove you can do this job. Our programs replace vague self-study with a structured, role-based curriculum and a portfolio artifact that speaks for itself in an interview, so your prior experience becomes an asset instead of something you have to explain away.

Fresh graduates

A degree tells an employer you can learn β€” it doesn't tell them you can do the job on day one. We close that gap with hands-on, industry-aligned practice: real tools, real datasets, real deliverables, plus access to Aicloud's own hiring pipeline and employer network once you're ready.

🌎 Support for International Students

You will never feel alone or helpless in this journey.

We know how hard it is to be thousands of miles from home, racing a visa clock, and trying to break into an industry that often won't train you before it needs you to perform. That's exactly the gap Aicloud Training Programs exists to close.

What OPT, CPT, and internships actually mean

CPT (Curricular Practical Training) lets F-1 students take on an internship or job that's integral to their program while still enrolled β€” it's how most international students get their first real U.S. work experience.

OPT (Optional Practical Training) is typically 12 months of work authorization in your field after you graduate (extendable to 36 months total for STEM degrees) β€” but that clock starts ticking the moment your program ends, whether or not you have a job lined up.

An internship is often the bridge between the two: the practical, resume-worthy experience that makes an employer take a chance on sponsoring you for that first full-time role.

The part nobody warns you about

Most companies aren't set up to train you. They're trying to hit a project deadline, and every hour a manager spends teaching you the basics is an hour they're not shipping. So the job posting says β€œentry level,” but the bar is really β€œshow up already able to contribute.”

Add a visa timeline on top of that, and it stops feeling like a job search and starts feeling like a countdown β€” applying to hundreds of roles, hearing nothing back, and not knowing if the silence is about your skills, your sponsorship status, or both.

That's not a personal failure. It's a structural gap between what coursework teaches and what a hiring manager under deadline pressure is actually willing to risk on someone unproven.

How a real portfolio closes that gap

A portfolio changes the conversation from β€œcan we afford to train this person” to β€œthis person can already do the work.” Every program we offer is built around that idea:

  • You leave with a concrete artifact β€” a dashboard, a model, a pipeline, a deployed app β€” not just a certificate claiming you know the material.
  • It gives you something specific to talk through in an interview, instead of reciting a syllabus.
  • It signals to a busy hiring manager that the ramp-up time they're worried about is already behind you.
  • It works as CPT- and OPT-ready evidence β€” proof of applied, program-integral experience when you need it most.
A successful job interview outcome

You are not doing this by yourself anymore.

Every program includes guidance on navigating OPT and CPT, a real portfolio project to show for it, and internship opportunities through our partner network β€” plus a cohort and mentors who've seen this exact struggle before. Whatever stage of the journey you're in, you don't have to figure it out alone.
